The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the second respondent to complete the inspection and conduct the enquiry and send the report to the first respondent as directed by the first respondent in letter Na.Ka.N.K3/4182/2016 (POO.VAA) dated 28.07.2017.
2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has approached the second respondent, claiming the same relief as prayed in this writ petition. Since no action was forthcoming, he is before this Court by this writ petition.
3. Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents, submitted that the second respondent may be directed to consider the claim of the petitioner and pass orders in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner on the basis of the order of the first respondent dated 28.07.2017 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
