Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarifed Mandamus, calling for records on the file of second respondent relating to the order in Na.Ka.No.102349/TP 4(2)/2018, C.G.P.Order No.3023/2018 dated 08.10.2018 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service with all consequential service and monetary benefits.

O R D E R

The present writ petition is filed, challenging the order of suspension dated 08.10.2018.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that during the pendency of the writ petition, in respect of other charges, the competent authorities passed an order imposing the major penalty of removal from service.

3. In view of the fact that the writ petitioner had already removed from service, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.
