ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the first respondent to produce the body of the detenu namely Premkumar aged 32 years from the illegal custody of the second respondent and set him at liberty, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed. 2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the detenu has been secured and produced before the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Vellore on 10.10.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.In such view of the matter, we do not find any illegal detention involved and the habeas corpus petition stands closed.
