O R D E R
The petitioners were granted bail in Cr.M.P.No.1262 of 2018 by the Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur on certain conditions. The petitioners filed Cr.M.P.No.1584 of 2018 for relaxation of the conditions which has been dismissed by the Sessions Court on 03.10.2018 after receiving a report from the concerned Court. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have now complied with the order passed by the Sessions Court in Cr.M.P.No.1262 of 2018.
3.This Court is of the view that it is always open to the petitioners to approach the Sessions Court, Tiruppur for relaxation of the conditions.

Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh application before the Sessions Court, Tiruppur.
