2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
3.In view of the order passed by a Division Bench of this Court in G.Prabakaran Vs The Superintendent of Police, Thanjavur District and another in [Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13681 of 2018 etc., batch], this petition is not maintainable.
4.Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner set out in G.Prabakaran (supra).
