The petitioner has come up with this writ petition to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.09.2018 and to register SRI LAKSHMI CONSTRUCTION as a government first class contractor. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that subsequent to filing of this Writ Petition, the relief sought for herein by the petitioner has been granted and a certificate to that effect was also issued, hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
