Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st to 9th respondents to dispose the representation filed by the petitioner dated 14.09.2018 and 18.09.2018, giving opportunity to the petitioner, to participate in the inquiry within the stipulated time.

The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 9 to dispose the representation filed by the petitioner dated 14.09.2018 and 18.09.2018 after giving opportunity to the petitioner to participate in the inquiry within the stipulated time.
3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner submitted representations to the respondents 1 to 9 on 14.09.2018 and 18.09.2018,seeking to take action against the persons who tresspassed into the property of the petitioner by creating forged documents and claiming right illegally, by conducting proper enquiry. As the same did not evoke any response, the petitioner has come forward with this Writ petition seeking for the aforesaid relief.
4. Heard Mr.V.Shanmugasundar, the learned counsel who takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the fourth respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 14.09.2018 on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner, the respondents 1 to 14 and also affording due opportunity of hearing to them as well as any
of the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
