This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 04.06.2018 lodged before the respondent police in CSR.No.251/2018.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the 2nd respondent.
3.In view of the order passed by a Division Bench of this Court in G.Prabakaran Vs The Superintendent of Police, Thanjavur District and another in [Crl.O.P.(MD) No.13681 of 2018 etc., batch], this petition is not maintainable.
4.Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner set out in G.Prabakaran (supra).
