This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's application for grant of driving licence.

2. According to the petitioner, he has applied for issuance of driving licence , but, his application has not been considered so far. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has only applied through online and he did not appear before the respondent Licensing Authority enabling them to conduct test. Hence, they are not in a position https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to give a learners licence.

4. Considering the above circumstances, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent on 12.12.2018 along with necessary documents and on that date, the respondent is directed to conduct necessary test and pass suitable orders.

5. With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
