This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.10.2018, not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.
3.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate submitted that there were 10 previous cases against this petitioner and in all the cases, he was acquitted and at present, there is no complaint or petition as against the petitioner before the 3rd respondent police.
