ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner made a request to the first respondent seeking issuance of community certificate as one belonging to Kurumans Scheduled Tribe community. As the said application dated 16.06.2014 is still pending consideration, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.Without going into the merits of the case and taking into consideration the pendency of the application, the petitioner is directed to submit a copy of the application dated 16.06.2014 along with a copy of this order to the first respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the said application within a period of eight weeks thereafter. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
