ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 10.06.2017 for refund of Lease amount Rs.1,11,100/- paid towards farming of fishing in Korattur Lake for the year 2016-2017 along with Rs.5,555/- paid towards Tamilnadu Fishermen Welfare Board with 12% interest on delayed payment and pass further orders.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 10.06.2017, but, the same is yet to be disposed of by the respondents. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

Mr.V.Shanmugasundar, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents, submitted that the respondents be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders in accordance with law. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and taking note of the fact that though the prayer sought is at large in nature, the learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer to consider his representation one way or the other, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.06.2017 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
