O R D E R

The petitioner has come up with these writ petitions seeking a direction to the the respondent to issue the Hall Ticket for petitioner's online applications dated 30.07.2018, based on the petitioner's covering letter dated 05.10.2018 with hard copy of online applications along with Original Demand Drafts and to direct the respondent to permit the petitioner to write the said examinations to be held on 14.10.2018 & 15.10.2018.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent submitted that subsequent to the order of this Court, the petitioner was permitted to write the examination on 14.10.2018 & 15.10.2018. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in these writ petitions.

3. Recording the above submission of the learned counsel on either side, these writ petitions stand closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
