respondent and direct the first respondent to take action on the second respondent and its erring officials for distributing of implementation of Digital Addressable System as per the choice of his customers.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the relief sought for in this writ petition no longer survives for consideration by this Court. Therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. 2.

Recording the submission of the counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
