[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, who is the husband of the detenue viz., Ranjitha, aged 25 years, sought production of his wife. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. We have heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 1 to 3 as also learned counsel for fourth respondent.

3. The detenue is present along with fourth respondent/father of the detenue. She informs of having married the petitioner, but, that being unhappy, she had returned to her parental home and she is now safe under the care and custody of her parents.
