2018 and quash the same as arbitrary and against the principle of natural justice and against the Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct a fair and free election for the Kallakurichi Cooperative Sugar Mills Limited- Unit-1, Moongilthuraipattu afresh, within a specified time, by accepting the petitioner's nomination and allowing him to contest the election and take appropriate action against the third respondent for having violated the rules and procedures and for having accepting the nominations of respondents 4 to 20 in illegal manner and for illegal rejection of the petitioner's nomination.
