This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to file a final report in Crime No.428 of 2015. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Today, Mr.M.Sethupathi, Sub Inspector of Police, CCB, Chennai is present before this Court.

4.On instructions, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that if six months time is granted, the Police will complete the investigation.

5.Recording the submission, this Court directs the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.428 of 2015 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a Charge Sheet or a Closure Report as the case may be under due intimation to the de facto complainant, provided there is no any other legal impediment.
