This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.

3.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate submitted that there were 6 previous cases against this petitioner. But however, as on date, there is no complaint or fresh case as against the petitioner before the 2nd respondent police.

Recording the same, this petition is closed.
