(CR.NO.6/2017) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax one of the conditions that the petitioner shall report before CBCID, Cyber crime cell, Egmore, Chennai 1st day of every month at 10.30am which was imposed in Crl.M.P.No.6794/2018 modified from Crl.O.P.No.849/2018 dated 28.04.2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SRIDEVI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.PRABHAVATHI, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. This application is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.849 of 2018, dated 11.01.2018.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
