This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed against the fair and decretal order dated 15.03.2018 in I.A.No.538 of 2017 in O.S.No.290 of 2017 on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Salem.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the appellants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the appeal and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant, this Civil Miscellaneous appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
