This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the first respondent to take action on his representation dated 03.05.2018.
2. The case of the petitioner is that he was selected as President of School Managing Committee. A joint account was opened in the name of the fourth Respondent/Head Master, namely, Magarajan and the petitioner in Indian Bank, Padavedu Branch. It is stated that the said Magarajan misappropriated the school funds more than ten lakhs by forging the petitioner's signature in the cheque. Hence, the petitioner made a representation on 27.04.2018 to the second and third respondents to take action against the said Magarajan/fourth respondent and recover the amount. As there was no response, the petitioner made another representation on 03.05.2018 to the first respondent with the aforesaid relief. But so far, no orders has been passed by the first respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on both sides.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.05.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner, fourth respondent herein and the persons interested in this regard and also affording them an opportunity of personal hearing, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
