ORDER

[Order of the Court by C.T.SELVAM, J] Petitioner is present so as the 2nd respondent along with petitioner's minor son aged 8 years.

2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned counsel for respondents.

3. It is brought to the notice that the wife of the petitioner has committed suicide. Learned counsel for 2nd respondent submitted that this was since the petitioner continuously was in drunken state.

4. Without going into such submissions, we find that the son of the petitioner aged 8 is absolutely comfortable in the company of his maternal aunt the 2nd respondent. Leaving it open to the petitioner to workout his remedies before the appropriate forum.

5. The petition shall stand closed.
