ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the petitioner's wife namely, Manimekalai before this Court and restore her custody to the petitioner.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for first respondent.

3. The detenue, wife of the petitioner is produced. She informs of having left the matrimonial home over some minor differences with the petitioner, the husband and that she is presently residing with her parents.

She informs her willingness to resume the matrimonial life.

4. The detenue is advised to appear before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to the District Court, Villupuram, on 19.12.2018 at 10.30 a.m. The petitioner is also required to appear before such Forum on the said date. The petitioner, through his counsel is being informed the requirement of attending such Forum on such date.

5. Registry is directed to send the entire records to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to the District Court, Villupuram.
