ORDER

This revision is filed challenging an order passed by the Execution Court directing delivery of the property based on the decree in O.S.No.239 of 2008, which later came to be confirmed by this Court in S.A.No.676 of 2016.

2.Learned counsel for the revision petitioner made a statement that the decree in S.A.No.676 of 2016, referred to above is under challenge in S.L.P.No.32921 of 2018, where the Hon'ble Supreme Court has ordered notice and also passed an order dated 12.04.2022, protecting the possession of the revision petitioner / defendant / Judgment Debtor. 3.Inasmuch as the Hon'ble Supreme Court has taken cognizance of the dispute between the parties and passed an order protecting the present possession of the revision petitioner / Judgment Debtor, keeping the present C.R.P on the file of this Court is absolutely unnecessary. 2/4
