Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to protect the petitioners to raise a compound wall as per layout on the basis of their representation dated 25.07.2018. For Petitioners : Mr.S.L.Venkatesan For Respondents : Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz Addl. Public Prosecutor

ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to to protect the petitioners to raise a compound wall as per layout on the basis of their representation dated 25.07.2018. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are residing at Tiruvottiyur. In the meanwhile, the accused persons disturbed their peaceful possession and broke the compound wall. Hence, the petitioners approached the respondents to give police protection to raise the compound wall for their permanent protection but they have refused to consider his representation. Accordingly, prays for appropriate relief. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are directed to lodge a fresh complaint before the 1st respondent. The 1st respondent on receipt of the same is hereby directed to conduct enquiry after giving opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned and pass orders on merits in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
