It is seen that this Court has quashed the First Information Report qua R.Ramesh (A1) in this case, in Crl.O.P.No.29214 of 2017 on 07.08.2018.

2.This petitioner herein is also on the same footing as that of R.Ramesh/petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29214 of 2017. In as much as this petitioner has repaid a shortfall of Rs.8,920/-, this petition is allowed and the First Information Report in Crime No.438 of 2011 is quashed as against the petitioner herein.
