ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to transfer the petition in H.M.O.P.No.900 of 2012 on the file of the learned IV Additional Family Judge, Chennai, to any other Court at Chennai, filed by the petitioner for divorce on the ground of cruelty.

2.

On perusal of records revealed that, when the case was listed for admission on 12.10.2018, the Registry was directed to post the matter before the concerned roster Judge. On 01.09.2020, when the matter was taken up, it was directed to be posted on 21.09.2020. Again on 21.09.2020, when the mater was listed, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner and it was adjourned to 02.12.2020. Thereafter, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner did not take any steps to list the case even for admission. 3.

Thus the Civil Revision Petition is pending for the past three years without even ordering notice. Even today also, no one is appeared on behalf of the petitioner. It shows that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the case. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present civil revision petition.

4.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
