O R D E R

[Order of the court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] Petitioner has come up with this Petition seeking a direction to Respondents 1 and 2 herein, to produce his daughter viz. Akshaya, aged 17 years, now detained by the 3rd Respondent, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

viz. Irban, S/o.Sardar, before this Court and handover her custody to him.

This matter is taken up for hearing, at the instance of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side). 3.

The detenue is present before this Court. It has been informed by the Investigating Officer that the Petitioner was also informed about the hearing of this case, but, he has not chosen to appear before this Court today.

From the conversation we had with the detenue, it appears that she has married the 3rd Respondent herein and that she has converted to Islam, after attaining majority. She also informed that she has begotten a female child. 5.

In such view of the matter, we do not find any illegal detention involved in this case. Hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
