Respondents Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in BCDFGISSSV. No.857/2018 dated 19.09.2018 against petitioner son Johnson son of Late. Rajendran aged about 23 years and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to produce the detenu who has been detained under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982, currently confined at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai before this Court and set him at liberty.
