No.858/2018 dated 19.09.2018 against petitioner son Manikandan @ Vaandumani son of late. Arumugam aged about 23 years detenue who has been detained under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982, currently confined at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai before this Court and set him at liberty.
