Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that after the grant of interim stay on 06.06.2017, a notice was issued on 28.09.2018 and subsequently, it was withdrawn on 22.11.2018. Further, the learned Government Advocate submitted that in view of the withdrawal of the notice on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 22.11.2018, the respondent has not disobeyed the orders of

this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that in view of the letter dated 22.11.2018 produced by the learned Government Advocate, the Contempt Petition may be closed.
