OP No.1141 of 2018 R.SUBRAMANIAN.J., The petitioners seek issuance of Succession Certificate in respect of the securities held by C.S.Sathyanarayanan, who died intestate on 07.07.2002. The first petitioner is the wife, the second petitioner is the mother and the third petitioner is the daughter of the deceased C.S.Sathyanarayanan.

2. The first petitioner has been examined as P.W.1. She has produced the death certificate of the deceased C.S.Sathyanarayanan, as Ex.P1. The legal heirship certificate of the deceased C.S.Sathyanarayanan, as Ex.P2. A perusal of Ex.P2 shows that the petitioners are the only legal heirs of the deceased C.S.Sathyanarayanan. The petitioners 2 and 3 have filed their consent affidavits expressing their no objection for grant of Succession Certificate in favour of the 1st petitioner. The said consent affidavits have been marked as Exs.P5 and P6. A paper publication has been made and no objections have been received.
