the death of 9th Appellant namely Mr. N.Kuruvi Reddy in the Second Appeal.
4. CMP No. 4177 of 2019 in S.A.No.1225 of 2003 is filed to bring on record the proposed Appellants 10 to 13 as legal heirs/legal representatives of the 9th Appellant and rank them as Appellants 10 to 13 in the Second Appeal.
5. This Court has perused the affidavits filed in support of the Civil Miscellaneous Petitions.
6. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
