The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.09.2018.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 14.09.2018 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

seeking to issue death certificate of his father, but, the same is yet to be disposed of by the respondents. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Heard Mr.M.Senthamizh Selvan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Shanmugasundar, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4. Notice was issued to the respondents in this writ petition and the matter was posted today for reporting compliance.

5. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has deposed before the respondents and has already received the death certificate of his father as per the order of the second respondent in No.MM 14012/12 A(5) dated 28.11.2018.

6. As the request of the petitioner is already complied with, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
