Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned communication made in No.Dy.Reg. (Affln.)/28102/ASFAC/2017 dated 28.09.2018 passed by the third respondent and quash the same and consequently forbear the respondents No.2 and 3 from making their own appointments to the posts of Dean in the petitioner-Association Colleges (Members List Annexed) and further direct the respondents to allow the Colleges themselves to appoint their own Deans with full qualification as prescribed by the third respondent-University. For Petitioner :

O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the post of Dean was re-designated as Principal and therefore, the cause aroused for the purpose of filing the present writ petition became vanished. Thus no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.

2. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
