By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.05.2018 within stipulated period and consequently direct the respondents to issue a fresh Legal Heir Certificate of the petitioner's father.

3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 27.05.2018 to the second respondent, seeking to issue fresh legal heir certificate of the petitioner's father. Since, the same evoked no response, the petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition seeking for the aforesaid relief.
4. The learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents, would submit that the second respondent has no objection to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.05.2018, within a stipulated period. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.05.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well to all the legal heirs of the petitioner's father, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
