(CR.NO.646/2015) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by the Hon'ble court in Crl.M.P.No.5582/2018 in Crl.O.P.No.7059/2018 dated 10.04.2018 is that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial magistrate, Sriperumbudur, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am.

M.PRABHAVATHI, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. This application is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7059 of 2018, dated 14.03.2018.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
