ORDER
[Order of the Court by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, claiming a love affair with the detenue Miss. Manakapriya, has filed this petition seeking a direction to respondents to cause production of the detenue.
2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents.
3. The detenue has been examined by the respondents. Copy of the statement given by the detenue to the effect that she was not in love with the petitioner, who claims https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
to be in love with her and that she has consented to marry another man on her own volition, is produced. Learned counsel for petitioner is present and has been informed.
4. In the said circumstances, the Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
