..Respondents Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus calling for the records in detention order vide BCDFGISSSV. No.846/2018 dated 18.09.2018 on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents herein to produce the body of petitioner husband Mulla @ Sivakumar, aged about 25 years, the detenu now confined in Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai before this Court and set him at liberty.
