Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to furnish the copy of the rejection order of the petitioner's nomination dated 06.10.2018 for enabling them to challenge the same before the competent authority.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to furnish the copy of the order of rejection of the petitioner's nomination.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has filed nomination to the Board of Directors of the 3rd respondent society. Now, the nomination filed by the petitioner said to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

have rejected by the 3rd respondent, but the copy of rejection order was not furnished the petitioner. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3. Mr.L.P.Shanmugasundaram, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 2 and 3, on instructions, submitted that the copy of rejection order passed by the 3rd respondent will be furnished to the petitioner within a period of one week.

4. Recording the above submissions, the 3rd respondent is directed to furnish the copy of the order of rejecting the petitioner's nomination within a period of one week from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

5. In the result, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, the connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
