Prayer: Civil Revision Petition filed Under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to pass an order of direction, directing the trial Court to dispose of the civil suit in O.S.No.311 of 2013 pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Attur in Salem District expeditiously.

O R D E R

The limited prayer sought for in the present petition is for a direction to the trial Court to expedite the proceedings in O.S.No.311 of 2013.

2. On a perusal of the adjudication orders, it is seen that though the suit was posted for trial on 04.06.2016, the trial has not commenced.

3. In view of the same, it would be appropriate to direct the learned District Munsif, Attur, Salem District to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.311 of 2013 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition stands ordered. No costs.
