ORDER

Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.M.Thamilzharasan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the third

respondent. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to consider her representation dated 25.07.2018.

3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 25.07.2018 to the second respondent, seeking to transfer patta, for the plot in Survey No.319/1, Plot No.8, Green Garden, Kalapatti West Village, Coimbatore North Taluk, Coimbatore District in her favour, but, the same has not been considered by the second respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. The learned respective counsels appearing for the respondents submitted that the second respondent would consider the representation of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.07.2018 on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as any other interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
