O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed seeking a reference for enhancement of compensation under Section 20 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner's lands were acquired for construction of six lane road. The award was also passed, not being satisfied with the award the petitioner submitted his representation before the 2nd https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent on 10.08.2013, so far no order has been passed in the application. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents on instruction submitted that the representation submitted by the petitioner is still pending before the 2nd respondent and the 2nd respondent will pass suitable orders within a time fixed by this court.

4. Considering the above said circumstances without going into the merits of the case the petitioner's representation is pending from the year 2013, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
