ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the respondent police viz., the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Coimbatore District to file Charge Sheet in Cr.No.20 of 2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that this Court by order dated 03.11.2017 in Crl.O.P.No.23486 of 2017 directed the respondent Police to file a final report as expeditiously as possible. Hence, he sought for further time to file final report.

4.In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, time is extended for filing Final Report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
