By consent of both parties, the Writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the fourth respondent to dispose of her representation dated 19.03.2018.

3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 19.03.2018 to the first respondent, seeking for issuance of joint patta in the name of the petitioner, her sons and daughter and to cancel the patta in the name of Mookan and after receipt of the same, the petitioner along with her sons and daughter was called for enquiry and after conducting the enquiry, the entire files regarding the said issue was sent to the fourth respondent for taking appropriate action. But, the same is yet to be disposed of by the fourth respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. Heard Mr.S.Suresh Kumar, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation, directs the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.03.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
