ORDER
The limited prayer sought for in this Civil Revision Petition is for a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Arani, to expedite the trial in H.M.O.P.No.77 of 2017.
2.Today, the matter is listed for admission. No notice is ordered to the respondent as the order which this Court intends to pass in this Civil Revision Petition will not affect the respondent herein in any manner. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that before the trial Court, though, the counter affidavit has been filed by the respondent/wife on 27.10.2017 itself, there is no much progress thereafter. In this circumstances, it would be appropriate to fix a time limit to the learned Subordinate Judge, Arani, for speedy disposal of the proceeding. 4.In the light of the above observations, the learned Subordinate Judge, Arani, is directed to expedite the trial in H.M.O.P.No.77 of 2017 and complete the same, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Civil Revision Petition stands allowed accordingly. No costs.
