This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the respondent.

3.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner to the Commissioner of Police, Coimbatore, a petition enquiry has been registered in Current Paper No.546 of 2018, in connection with which the petitioner was called by the respondent police for enquiry. Other than that, there is no other complaint or petition against the petitioner.
