2. Learned counsel for the appellant as well as the respondent and the appellant and the respondent are before this Court. The appellant and the respondent jointly filed a joint memo of compromise. The appellant and the respondent have signed in the said memo of compromise.

3. This court has read over the memo of compromise entered into by the parties. Both parties have admitted the terms of compromise. Hence, final decree is passed in terms of joint memo of compromise. Page No.2 of 4

4. The terms of memo of compromise are recorded. In view of the above memo of compromise arrived between the parties, these appeal suits are disposed of. The memo of compromise shall form part of the decree. The parties shall file Non-Judicial stamp papers within 60 days from today. Consequently, connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.

5. Registry is directed to refund the Court fee to the appellant in the light of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT MADRAS REP. BY ITS REGISTRAR GENERAL VS.
