ORDER
Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.The prayer sought for in this writ petition is for a mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.07.2018 and reminder dated 03.10.2018.
3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that he submitted a representation dated 23.07.2018 and reminder dated 03.10.2018 to the respondents, seeking to measure the boundaries of his land https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
in Survey Numbers. 7/4A and 7/4B at Thatharipuram Village, Chinnasalem Taluk, Villupuram District. Finding no response on the said representation, the present writ petition came to be filed.
4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents would consider the representation of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.07.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as any other interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
