Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records in pursuant to the Expulsion Order dated 27.09.2018 issued by the 3rd respondent and quash the same and consequently, permit the petitioner to continue his education at the 2nd respondent's deemed University in accordance with the recommendation of the 1st respondent vide letter dated 05.10.2018.
